What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the identification of technical requirements and substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data
- Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes to promote efficiency and productivity
- Perform quality assurance at every stage of systems development
- Document and process-map business functions, evaluating output requirements and formats
- Define project requirements and monitor progress by tracking activity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study
- Five or more years of experience in project management, business intelligence, and/or business/data analysis within financial services
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
- Proven capabilities in project and user-testing for operational systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Direct experience within bank operations (loan operations, treasury management, deposit operations, and/or electronic payments) strongly preferred
