What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide quality, empathetic customer service to clients in the program
- Monitor and assist clients with their self-administration of medication, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain the integrity of the therapeutic milieu and conduct rounds
- Input client and program data into Electronic Health Records
- Facilitate or co-facilitate client groups and complete necessary documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team
- Ability to engage compassionately with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Must be CPR certified (may be obtained upon hire)
- Three professional references, with at least two from a manager or supervisor

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the field of addiction or mental health
- Knowledge of the addiction recovery process or willingness to learn within the first six months of employment
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
