Job summary:

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 5 to 9 years of experience in PowerShell scripting. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift. The candidate will be responsible for managing and automating infrastructure tasks ensuring system reliability and contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell scripting to enhance operational efficiency.

• Oversee the maintenance and administration of IT systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues to minimize downtime.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure solutions.

• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.

• Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades to maintain system health.

• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices to protect company data.

• Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects to meet business objectives.

• Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.

• Implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

• Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their technical skills.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications:

• Possess strong experience in PowerShell scripting for automating infrastructure tasks.

• Demonstrate proficiency in managing and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure.

• Exhibit excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Have a solid understanding of security policies and best practices.

• Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Display strong documentation skills for maintaining infrastructure processes.

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Experience in implementing automation solutions is highly desirable.

• Ability to train and support junior team members is a plus.

• Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and execution is beneficial.

• Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.

• Proven track record of managing infrastructure projects successfully.

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Certifications Required:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate CompTIA ITF+ CompTIA Security+
