      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Consult with stakeholders to identify sales and marketing system needs and prioritize them for execution
      - Design and implement processes and reporting to support multiple sales teams with unique requirements
      - Manage and maintain the Salesforce instance as the front-line administrator, including user provisioning and data quality
      - Research, select, and support integration apps between systems, including sales activity tracking and order management
      - Support Sales and Finance teams through deal pipeline and contracting processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and customization
      - Hands-on experience configuring and managing Salesforce instances, including roles, profiles, and deployment management
      - Strong understanding of B2B and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) software ecosystems
      - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with leadership across departments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Salesforce Certifications: Admin, Developer, etc.
      - SQL and database experience for collaboration with the internal data team
