      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-quality support to B2B customers via email and phone in English
      - Investigate and resolve customer issues while building strong client relationships
      - Share customer feedback with teams to improve products and services
      - Collaborate with technical teams to create user-friendly guides and articles
      - Develop and maintain service procedures and standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Availability to work from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Central European Time
      - 2-5 years of experience in a professional customer support role
      - Familiarity with help desk software; Zendesk experience is a plus
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
      - Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new products and tools

      - Previous experience working night shifts
      - Experience in translating user feedback into actionable insights
      - Comfortable working with targets and metrics
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
