- Drive brand development by promoting and selling Baldangroup's aesthetic products and technologies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities among medical clinics, pharmacies, and beauty centers in the assigned territory.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential clients and expand the company's footprint.
- Monitor and enhance after-sales performance to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably B2B sales within the aesthetics industry.
- Experience in conducting in-person client visits or online demonstrations is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is desirable, particularly in selling aesthetic products or devices. An existing network of industry contacts is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in and suitability for remote work.
- Experience using tools like Mapsly and CRM platforms (e.g., Force Manager) is a plus.
- Option 1: $30,000 annual base salary + expenses, with 7% commission paid monthly.
- Option 2: $50,000 annual base salary + expenses, with 2% commission paid monthly and an additional 2% bonus if the annual target of $680,000 (12 machines sold) is achieved.
