      - Compensation: $17.30 per hour while in training. Inside Sales Account Executives will be paid the greater of their base pay or their earned sales commission; our average Inside Sales Account Executive completes $1,200 - $1,500 in sales per day

      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Call customers who have purchased products and provide tailored solutions with dietary supplements
      - Upsell based on customer needs and products purchased
      - Access multiple products to create personalized plans for customers
      - Listen to customers and provide individualized solutions
      - Utilize CRM system for leads and appointments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 1 year of B2C sales experience
      - Demonstrated success in phone sales with customers
      - Experience in Health and Fitness market segment
      - Knowledge or use of dietary supplements is a plus
      - Excellent time management and communication skills

      - Willingness to learn and actively participate in business growth
      - High attention to detail and ability to quickly build rapport
      - Ability to empathize with customers
      - Fast Internet Connection - minimum of 100Mbps upload speed
