Promotion of commercial programs/services and sale of products through telephone communications

Main Responsibilities: Direct contact with customers through outbound interactions with a constant motivation of identifying, understanding and guiding them according to their needs & profile. High levels of customer orientation involving a desire to help and serve customers and developing and sustaining productive customer relations.
Responsibilities
• Ensure a smooth transition of new consumers to IQOS and support in the complete turnaround to RRP through personalized communication.
• Manage consumer recommendations from touch points.
• Explore the needs of consumers and provide personalized messages, solutions, offers and/or suggestions from IQOS portfolio + services.
• Sale & Promotion of brand portfolio
• Order Placement
• Proper use of the systems involved-multi-tasking is a must- Parallel and fast recording of the required procedures in the systems.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Requirements
• Minimum 1 years' experience in a sales position
• Prefer 12+ months of customer service experience in outbound call centre setting, 6 months required.
• Candidates must have at least B2 CEFR language skills in English & Spanish (assessment required). -This role is also hiring for English/Spanish bilingual. This applies to that position only.
• Candidates must be 24+ years old to join this program.
• College student or graduate preferred, High School Diploma or GED required
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to ask the right questions to explore, understand and identify customers' situation or needs and offer solutions.
• Detail oriented when handling inquiries and recording data - Attention to detail is a must.
• Knowledge and ability to use computers and related technology efficiently & Good knowledge of MS Office + internet applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Integrity, responsibility and effective time management.
• Ability to effectively manage time/work schedule.
• Previous experience with digital service platforms and CRM tools is considered as a plus.
• Customer oriented and ability to adapt & respond to different client personality types (Myers-Briggs Personality Type).
