What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners to drive new business and meet sales goals
- Serve as the primary contact between the account team and the centralized sales team to ensure alignment and resource allocation
- Develop and implement incentives, promotions, and training programs to drive revenue growth
- Lead go-to-market plans for launching new products by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Utilize analytics tools to inform decisions, measure ROI, and provide reporting to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Operations, and Management with direct Customer Management experience
- Proven ability to interact with executive-level stakeholders within customer organizations
- Deep understanding of the consumer journey within the carrier sector
- Strong negotiation skills in potentially adversarial environments
- Ability to effectively plan and prioritize multiple business development programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
