      - Compensation: $17.30 per hour while in training. Inside Sales Account Executives will be paid the greater of their base pay or their earned sales commission; our average Inside Sales Account Executive completes $1,200 - $1,500 in sales per day.
      - Training: We prioritize training and feedback from our Account Managers and will constantly be working to support you in achieving your own personal goals as well as our team goals. We work to help you grow and make sure you are engaged and excited to work with us.
      - Location: 100% remote position
      - Hours: Tuesday-Saturday (9:00am-6:00pm)

      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Call customers who have already purchased products and assist them with tailored solutions of dietary supplements and information
      - Focus on up-selling based on the products and personal needs of customers
      - Access a variety of products to create personalized game plans for customers
      - Listen to customers to provide individualized feedback and solutions
      - Use CRM system to manage daily leads and appointments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 1 year of B2C sales experience required
      - Demonstrated sales success speaking on the phone with customers
      - Experience in the Health and Fitness market segment
      - Knowledge or use of dietary supplements is a plus
      - Excellent time management skills
