Investigation Management, including collaboration with candidates, Human Resource (HR), Legal and Compliance
Work Authorization – Form I-9 process
Project Management support related to background screening and onboarding projects
DocuSign administration
Organizational design initiatives, including change management
Experience with Background Screening and Human Resources Onboarding
Demonstrative ability to develop relationships as a team player
Proactive Self-Starter with initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks
Exceptional technology skills (Excel, Microsoft, DocuSign, etc.)
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Overview
The Background Screening Specialist supports the new joiner onboarding and background screening function. This includes initiating and reviewing background checks, connecting with candidates and senior management regarding discrepancies for resolution, and ensuring new hires are properly onboarded and legally authorized to work. You will also assist with organizational design initiatives, including change management.
