What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address and resolve issues
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails, responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance
- Communicate with internal and external clients regarding background check submission status and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to the development of new processes and training programs for background checks
- Document customer service tasks and maintain policies and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- AA degree or equivalent job experience
- Previous experience with background checks preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated time management skills

- Experience in customer service or technical support roles
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with key stakeholders
- Ability to learn new systems and applications quickly
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Understanding of business processes and ability to communicate them to technical resources
