- Assist in the deployment and management of Rubrik, Veeam, and other technologies used in backup environments.
- Support Cloud Backup services and collaborate with other Datafabric teams.
- Monitor Backup& Disaster Recovery infrastructure, identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
- Participate in the execution of system upgrades and patches.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with teams in other towers to ensure integrated network functionality and security.
- Provide Tier 2 support, assisting with complex issue resolution and user inquiries.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply this knowledge to improve our customer's infrastructure.
- Experience in supporting Backup and &DR environments, with knowledge of: Rubrik, Veeam, NetBackup, Networker, Commvault. Storage based backup solutions like NetApp Snapcenter or Dell Recovery point are a plus.
- Familiarity with Virtual infrastructure and minimal Operating system knowledge required for agent troubleshooting.
- Is autonomous in running daily checks and regular tasks, and sharing information in the team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Continuous learner with a keen interest in advancing technical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated knowledge in Backup and DR technologies.
