Guard House
2nd shift role: 2:30 pm - 1030 pm Monday -Friday. potential to work a bit later than if wanted to, but generally don't need anyone after 8 pm.
Pay Rate: $17.37
**Training conducted with the permanent Badger Meter employee who works first shift (training is paid)
**looking for someone with a good attendance record, excellent attitude, and attention to detail as they do need someone to be there everyday, follow all Badger Meter policies and procedures, and greet all types of people at the guardhouse gate.

Monitor ingress and egress of gate traffic, including employees, vendors, contractors, deliveries, visitors, emergency traffic etc. (they will not leave the guard shack)

Sign in trucks when they enter and check them out when they leave.

If employees don’t have their badge direct them to main lobby and instruct them what they need to do to sign in for the day.

Sign in contractors through the BreezN system or a call if they are not in the system to/from the person they are here to see

Direct guests to lobby to sign in.

Monitor east and west gate.

Monitor cameras

Monitor Access It system card access system. Document any bad badge attempts.

Do a daily report on what was done in the guardhouse throughout the shift.

Monitor emails and messages.

Clean up and take out your trash at the end of your shift.
