Description:
- Dusty and dirty work environment with indoor/outdoor feel to the role
- The inside of the facility can be cold, and the company will work with people to get them clothing as time goes on. Coat, gloves, hats, etc, should be worn.
- Hanging bags on automated machinery lines to be filled with product
- Bags are then sealed by the machinery and sent down the line
- Bags are then picked up by a robot and palletized, then sent to a pallet wrapping machine
- Paperwork will be required to be added to each full load and tracked properly
- Remove the pallet from the area, take outside and place directly onto a truck
- Lifting of up to 50 lbs is required if a manual run is needed
- Objective is to keep machinery running at all times
- Clean up of areas is critical as product can cause issues to the cement if left unattended

- Cash profit sharing is available - temps would be available for this and added into the payout pool

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVES
- Ability to work overtime and commit to the 5-6 month contract is huge
- Lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Working in a cold/dirty/dusty environment
- Some roles could lead to utility positions, forklift experience will help
PERFECT FIT
- People who have worked in agriculture before would understand this environment, the smell of fertilizer, dirty/dusty, etc
- Landscaping personnel would understand this position as well
- THIS IS NOT A FACILITY MADE FOR SOMEONE IN AUTOMOTIVE... non climate controlled, not clean, etc.
