What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Travel across the West Region to support customers in various baking operations
- Oversee machinery installations and provide on-site support as needed
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to identify and pursue sales opportunities
- Perform recipe manipulation and troubleshooting for bakery products
- Maintain accurate sales reports and documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts and a minimum of 10 years of bakery experience
- Recent experience in large-scale commercial or industrial baking settings
- Proven knowledge of formulation and reformulation of dough
- Basic to intermediate computer skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and/or German
- Previous experience as a scratch baker in high production environments
- Strong networking skills within the bakery industry
- Ability to engage comfortably with individuals at all organizational levels
- Proven track record in sales within the food equipment or bakery sectors
