      Summary

      We are currently seeking a Client Engagement Specialist who will report to the Director of Client Engagement.

      The Client Engagement Specialist will support the execution of the Omnichannel Client Strategy in the Americas region. This role will own the daily management of CRM Data and Tools, Email/SMS Marketing, Clienteling Campaigns, VIC Collection Orders – as well as assist with Events, Gifting, and Client Experiences.

      HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

      CRM DATA & TOOLS

      • Be the regional expert for the Clienteling Application – educate store teams and escalate issues
      • Perform continuous data governance activities to maintain data quality and compliance
      • Provide client insights and ad hoc reporting, in collaboration with HQ and Retail Performance

      DIRECT MARKETING

      • Maintain regional Direct Marketing calendar, in alignment with HQ, Merchandising, Retail, Ecomm
      • Oversee targeting, QA, and deployment for Email/SMS campaigns and Clienteling pushes
      • Execute localized campaigns for store openings, activations, and special market needs
      • Track and measure impact/performance of outreach

      EVENTS & GIFTING

      • Manage Direct Marketing activities tied to store events, gifting campaigns, and client experiences
      • Extract targeted client lists with data insights to optimize audience for activations
      • Track and measure impact/performance of activations; collect store feedback
      • Build Recap Deck following each activation, as well as quarterly recaps
      • Support with events and gifting as needed

      VIC SERVICES

      • Own full lifecycle of VIC Collection Preorders and Special Orders, including training stores on the ordering system and managing deliveries
      • Support with logistics for Fashion Shows and out-of-store client experiences
      • Ad hoc VIC projects

      WHO YOU ARE

      • Minimum 2 years’ experience in CRM, client development, marketing, or other similar positions in luxury retail fashion industry
      • Experience with Email/SMS Campaigns, Targeting, Performance Reporting
      • Must have excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
      • Strong attention to detail
      • Strong planning and organization skills
      • Experience with confidentiality
      • Interpersonal skills, able to partner cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
      • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, ever adapting environment
      • Business oriented, numerate and confident in managing database, and conducting data analysis
      • High understanding of luxury environment & highly client oriented
      • Able to lead trainings with a large audience
      • SQL coding experience a plus

      COMPENSATION

      For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, BALENCIAGA includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. In addition, where a candidate falls within the disclosed range estimate may be dependent on the applicable geographic differential associated with the location in which the position may be filled.

      A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $70,000 USD to $80,000 USD.
