      As the Strategic Planning Analyst, you will join the team responsible for Where We All Belong, the corporate equity, diversity and inclusion strategy for the BC Public Service. You will contribute your project administration, research, strategic planning and strong writing skills in support of equity, diversity and inclusion. This includes supporting anti-racism, gender equity, accessibility and supporting members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community. You will also support with updating the strategy, including supporting consultation, managing project timelines, and lending subject matter expertise where needed. As part of the strategy management, you will gather information and data from ministries and strategy business leads, and analyze and consolidate it in order to brief executives.

      Job Requirements:
      • Degree in business administration, public administration, related field; OR
      • An equivalent combination may be considered, such as other post-secondary education plus extensive project management or business analyst experience.
      • Experience conducting research and analysis.
      • Experience as a project manager or leading a component (e.g., sub-project) of a major project from conception to completion.
      • Experience managing relationships with Directors / Executive Directors.
      • Experience in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
      • Preference may be given to qualified applicants who self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations status or non-status, Inuit and/or Métis), 2SLGBTQ+, a person with a disability, and/or a person of colour, with the required combination of education and experience.
