- Experience of working with a range of Microsoft Office packages

Job summary
We are seeking confident individuals with excellent communication skills and a professional, tactful and diplomatic approach to work within this busy department. This is a demanding but interesting and varied role.
As a administrator within the Maternity Department you'll play a key part in ensuring the best possible care for all patients attending the department by undertaking a range of administrative and reception responsibilities that support patient care.
1 full time post and one 16 hour post
Main duties of the job
To work as part of a team providing front-line high quality administrative & clerical service within the Department, delivering an excellent patient-focused service.
To respond to an ever changing, unpredictable and demanding workload within the resources available, prioritising their own workload.
An understanding of confidentiality is essential as well as a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
To ensure accurate patient information is recorded in a timely manner to support the clinical flow of patients at the 'front door' of the Trust.
