      Job summary

      Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust are inviting applications for the role of Training Team Administrator based at the Uffculme Centre. You will be joining a proactive team that is always looking at ways to innovate and deliver the best service to Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust. This post provides an opportunity to meet a variety of stakeholders across our organisation. The post provides general admin support to the Fundamental Training team as well as supporting Trust Induction.

      You should possess excellent written & verbal communication skills & be able to demonstrate effective customer service skills gained from experience with dealing with the public.

      Responsible for updating & maintaining computer record systems to ensure accurate & effective management data is available to respond to queries & to produce reports.

      Main duties of the job

      To provide an efficient and affective administrative and training support service to the Core, Fundamental and Professional training lead, and the Induction & Fundamental Training Lead. Act as first point of contact for delegates, external customers and speakers in relation to Fundamental Training and non-mandatory training and dealing with all queries and requests. To provide administrative support to the wider Learning and Development team as and when required. To provide administrative support for Trust Induction and to present at Trust Induction. You will be responsible for running reports and managing your own workload.

      • GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics.
      • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Care related field or an NVQ Level 2 or significant equivalent experience
      • Significant administrative experience
