We are rapidly expanding our Neurodevelopmental offer to the children and young people of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR) and now Leicestershire Partnership Trust (LPT) have the fabulous opportunity to grow our team to positively impact the experience for children, young people and their families.
This post is part of the ongoing Neurodevelopment (ND) Improvement Programme that has set out to improve the outcomes of children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) by identifying the resources committed to their diagnosis and care, agreeing opportunities for improvement and implementing new delivery, finance and workforce models.
Successful candidates will be joining an ambitious and passionate multi-disciplinary team of clinical and administrative colleagues feeding into the ND programme. Post holders will need to have the skills and character to consistently deliver high quality care and work creatively at pace with colleagues with our CYP and families at the centre. We take pride in the versatility of our skill mix within the team and seek results in utilising a variety of competencies.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will be at the core of the exciting work and improvements for our local population; working to make a significant impact to reducing the waiting list and improving access to support for CYP. They will benefit from working within an embedded medicines management structure and an established pharmacy team.
We will consider applicants that require development to reach the full potential of this post; the banding will therefore grow with the post holder.
