What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Utilize multiple systems to respond to, troubleshoot, and document customer inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment
- Comfortable navigating computerized systems for customer interactions
