Job summary
Bank Community Nurse - Community Nursing
Up to 15 hours per week - Saturday & Sunday Only
We are looking for experienced nurses to work with our community nursing team at the weekends.
Core hours are 8.30am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday, however you can work between 4 - 8 hours each day and work one or both days of the weekend.
You will be supported by a team of nurses and support workers lead by an experienced District Nurse.

Main duties of the job
Visiting service users in their own home, delivering nursing care including medication administration, wound care, end of life care, catheter care and unplanned visits. Working as part of a team you would be delivering high quality nursing care to clients in their own homes.
You will need to be able to drive and have your own vehicle.
