What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve cardmember inquiries related to fraud or security concerns, including transaction verification and account reporting
- Handle inbound servicing calls and make outbound calls for account verification
- Collect and document necessary information for fraud reports
- Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management
- Maintain a quiet workspace and meet internet speed requirements for remote work

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers and telephones

- Previous experience in handling fraud-related customer inquiries
- Familiarity with risk management and compliance in a financial services environment
