      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for incoming communications related to BSA and fraud matters
      - Manage ticket and email inbox correspondence for BSA and Fraud; oversee fraud support hotline
      - Conduct investigations for high-risk or suspected/confirmed fraudulent activity
      - Monitor newly established members and accounts to ensure regulatory compliance
      - Collaborate with fraud specialists for thorough investigations using internal and external resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma
      - Minimum 2 years of BSA and Fraud experience
      - Associate's degree preferred
      - Experience in banking or financial services preferred
      - Strong customer service, verbal, and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information
      - Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Excellent time management skills
      - Motivation to achieve desired outcomes
