      JOB DESCRIPTION

      This role will work part-time on-site at our Provo, UT location. This is not a remote role.

      Monday-Friday 1:15pm-6:15pm

      What does a Bank Teller-Client Services Representative do at Green Dot?

      As a Bank Teller, you will provide key customer service for Bonneville Bank’s branch located in Provo, UT. You will have the opportunity to provide general bank teller duties, as well as daily reconciliation and item processing responsibilities.

      As a Bank Teller, you can look forward to:

      • Processing customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
      • Ensuring the branch opening or closing procedures are completed daily, depending on shift scheduling
      • Managing customer relationships in a friendly manner, while seeking cross-sell opportunities for other bank products
      • Reviewing and monitor customer transactions in accordance with the Bank’s BSA/AML/OFAC Policy
      • Aid with the bank's community development efforts, including Volunteer Income Tax Assistance and financial literacy education programs
      • Assisting with other bank projects and duties as needed

      You might be the right match for this role if:

      You possess knowledge of general accounting principles and are customer service oriented. You show the ability to follow established procedures and to think through possible solutions to customer service and operational problems.

      Requirements:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent
      • Experience with MS Office in Windows, particularly Excel skills
      • Previous customer service experience

      Preferred:

      • Prior banking or teller experience
      • Some college coursework in a finance or accounting-related field
      • VBA experience

      PAY RANGE

      The targeted base salary for this position is $30,100 to $45,200 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
