      Main duties of the job

      The Banking and Payments Team Assistant will be responsible for processing weekly payments via BACS and cheque, ensuring payment requests are accurate, and managing queries from both suppliers and internal colleagues. The role also includes processing and managing Direct Debits, recording transactions, and assisting with monthly bank account reconciliations.
