What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science to create strategies that effectively mitigate fraud
- Develop comprehensive rules and policies for fraud detection and prevention across the banking lifecycle
- Create monitoring and analysis tools to identify actionable insights for business performance improvement
- Evaluate third-party tools to enhance fraud strategy outcomes
- Communicate performance metrics and strategies to senior leadership and external stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building analytical strategies in consumer finance, with at least 2 years managing fraud for consumer banking products
- Strong quantitative analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with SQL, R, or Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.)
- Experience in designing and interpreting randomized testing frameworks
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field
