What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to develop strategies that effectively mitigate fraud
- Create rules and policies for fraud detection and prevention throughout the banking lifecycle
- Develop monitoring and analysis tools to identify actionable insights and enhance business performance
- Evaluate and explore third-party tools to improve fraud strategy outcomes
- Communicate performance metrics and strategies to senior leadership and external stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building analytical strategies in consumer finance, including 2 years managing fraud for consumer banking products
- Strong quantitative analytical skills
- Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python (including libraries such as Pandas and Scikit-learn)
- Experience in designing and interpreting randomized testing frameworks
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field

- Experience in consumer banking fraud management
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for fraud prevention
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Familiarity with decision frameworks for fraud management
