What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Electronically file documents with the bankruptcy court
- Retrieve and process incoming data and documentation
- Submit and process outgoing data and documentation
- Act as a liaison between the firm, attorneys, clients, and third parties
- Ensure tasks are performed accurately and expeditiously

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Bankruptcy - Creditor Rights Law Firm
- Must reside in specific eligible states: AL, CT, FL, GA, KY, ME, MA, MD, MI, NH, NC, NJ, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VT, and VA
- Polished and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven dependability and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Availability for full-time hours

- Experience in other areas of law or legal support
- Familiarity with bankruptcy court procedures and documentation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
