What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Electronically file documents with the bankruptcy court
- Process incoming and outgoing data and documentation
- Act as a liaison between the firm, attorneys, clients, and third parties
- Perform operational tasks accurately and efficiently

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of Bankruptcy - Creditor Rights Law Firm experience
- Reside in eligible states: AL, CT, FL, GA, KY, ME, MA, MD, MI, NH, NC, NJ, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven dependability and ability to work well independently and with a team
- Full-time availability during 1st shift (Monday - Friday)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with bankruptcy and creditor rights law
- Previous experience working remotely
