      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Electronically file documents with the bankruptcy court
      - Retrieve and process incoming data and documentation
      - Submit and process outgoing data and documentation
      - Perform liaison activities between the firm’s attorneys, clients, and third parties
      - Complete various operational tasks accurately and efficiently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Bankruptcy-Creditor Rights Law Firm
      - Must reside in one of the eligible states: AL, CT, FL, GA, KY, ME, MA, MD, MI, NH, NC, NJ, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VT, or VA
      - Polished and professional verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven record of dependability and ability to work well independently and within a team
      - Availability for 40 hours per week during 1st shift (Monday - Friday)
