Job Description

- Prepares and serves alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Training other bartenders on all aspects of bar service
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendation
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Comply with all state regulations regarding serving of alcohol
- Ability to take and make sandwich orders when necessary
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing,
- garnishing, and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
- 1 – 2 years of bartending experience
- Cash handling
- TIPS Certified
- Must be 21 years of age
- Wages based on knowledge and prior experience starting at Denver minimum wage of $18.81
- This is a tipped position on top of hourly wages.
