We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide a “SH*T YEAH!” experience. Good Bartenders will be able to create Zunzibar’s signature cocktails, as well as classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly wage and plus tip share.

Responsibilities

• Keeps compliance of all local, state, and federal liquor laws
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Responsible for taking inventory of supplies and ingredients
• Stay guest focused and nurture a “SH*T YEAH!” experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
