Margaritaville is seeking Bartender candidates that are passionate about providing an amazing experience for our guests using outstanding guest service practices and healthy, structured beverage preparation specifications. The Bartender position offers an opportunity to work alongside a group of professional, hard-working, energetic people who are all empowered to do whatever it takes to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ability to work in a team environment and follow the prescribed systems is essential to this position.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Impeccable customer service by engaging with patrons, making them feel welcome, and attending to their needs with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in the beverage industry, including beers, wines, spirits, and mixers.
• Show off your exceptional bartending skills by crafting various creative and classic cocktails with precision and flair.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all necessary supplies, ingredients, and equipment are stocked and readily available.
• Juggle multiple drink orders while keeping an eye on the overall bar flow, ensuring timely service and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to navigate the POS to start and close out tabs accurately.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and enforce age restrictions to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
• Collaborate with fellow bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and find swift resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Effective communication with customers and colleagues is essential in bartending. This includes verbal communication to interact with customers, take orders, provide recommendations, and active listening skills to understand customer preferences and needs.

What you will bring:

• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Understanding of POS system. Knowledge of InfoGenesis is a plus.
• Minimum 1-year previous bartending experience
• Understanding of alcohol laws and guidelines
• Relevant Training certificate(s)
• Strong organizational skill
• Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
