POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the beverage service to in an assigned service station ensuring efficient and prompt service for customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Performs roles of bartender server as needed and required to assure a smooth and efficient operation at the Entertainment Center;
2. Responsible for the mixing and serving alcoholic beverage and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
3. Mixes and serves beverages in a service station capacity to Beverage/Food Servers in a prompt and efficient manner.
4. Monitors customers needs on a continual basis ensuring all beverage requests are promptly fulfilled;
5. Maintains a neat and clean bar station on a continual basis.
6. Knowledge of all Gaming and beverage regulations.
7. Participates as a team member with all bartenders, barbacks, supervisors to ensure efficient operational standard.
8. Ability to report to work on a consistent and regular basis to assure a good attendance record;
9. Must be able to serve alcohol;
10. Assists other beverage personnel with maintenance (side work, opening/closing duties) as necessary;
11. Other position-related duties as assigned and required.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Well versed on cocktail drink preparations. Ability to work under pressure with multi-patrons requesting assistance. Ability to work well with diverse personalities. Ability to firmly deny drinks to patrons that may be past their alcohol limitations. Ability to count money and provide accurate change to customers. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money. Ability to take verbal cocktail and drink orders.
