      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver exceptional clinical programming for pediatric clients
      - Provide high-quality supervision to your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) team
      - Conduct program reviews and maintain accurate documentation
      - Facilitate parent training sessions and meetings to support client progress
      - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
      - BCBA® Certification
      - Commitment to providing high-quality care and support to children and families
      - Ability to manage a caseload of 12 clients effectively
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in pediatric healthcare settings
      - Familiarity with interdisciplinary care models
      - Previous supervisory experience with RBTs
      - Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and client needs
      - Passion for working with children and enhancing their well-being
