      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct lead generation by researching and contacting Web3 projects across various blockchain ecosystems
      - Pitch and close deals by identifying new partners and understanding their needs and pain points
      - Advocate for the core benefits of Native Exchanges (NEXs) compared to Decentralized Exchanges (DEXs) and Centralized Exchanges (CEXs)
      - Manage partner relationships from initial contact through onboarding, integration, and ongoing updates
      - Build and manage a sales funnel using the company's CRM system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or partnerships role at a SaaS/tech, finance, or crypto business
      - Experience using CEXs and DEXs for trading
      - Knowledge of top crypto L1/L2 protocols and key ecosystem project verticals
      - Proven experience in lead generation and pitching tech products
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong understanding of traditional finance and crypto products such as spot, futures, and perpetual contracts
