Job Description
- Req#: 585210
- No experience required – we provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Center-based – you have the support of and connection with other teammates and supervisory staff onsite.
- No RBT? $16.25 to $17.00
- Sign On Bonus $1,000.
- Obtained your RBT? Start at $17.00 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $21.50 with progressions into Advanced ARBT
- Pay based on experience, education, and performance
- 401(k) with company match

- 18+ years old required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable playing with children
- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday)
- Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions
