- Develop Care plan and service management for children with an Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) diagnosis within the welfare population
- Implement and model applied behavioral analysis strategies in support of care plan goals
- Lead clinical staffing procedures to ensure assistance is provided to children with a high-risk IDD diagnosis
- Facilitate inter-departmental and service provider communication regarding clinical staffing procedures
- Maintain compliance with local and federal regulations and contract agreements, including HIPAA regulations

BCBA licensure is required for the state of Texas and must reside in TEXAS
Note: Position is 75% remote and occasional in-person meetings with members and staff trainings, when needed
Must have experience working with adults aged 21 or older with various IDD or related behavioral health conditions
Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm (CST)
Position Purpose: Provide service management to children with developmental disabilities within the welfare population through the use of behavioral analysis
Education/Experience: Master’s degree in Behavioral Health or related field. 3+ years of Autism related experience with applied behavioral analysis and techniques required. Child Welfare and Managed Care experience preferred. Project management and community outreach experience preferred.
Pay Range: $55,100.00 - $99,000.00 per year
