What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Record telephone encounters accurately via the EHR system
- Verify patient insurance and collect co-pays or fees for services
- Complete prior authorization forms for medication approval when required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of front desk experience in a healthcare setting
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Strong customer service skills and excellent verbal communication
- Proven ability to multitask and problem-solve
- Familiarity with insurance eligibility and collections preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a behavioral health setting
- Knowledge of compliance training and requirements
- Background in handling medical release forms and patient registrations
