What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide consistent, quality customer service to both internal staff and external patients
- Assist in patient care by addressing questions, concerns, and case management
- Communicate with providers regarding patient or medication concerns and manage referrals
- Verify insurance eligibility and assist with scheduling intake and follow-up appointments
- Maintain confidentiality while demonstrating proficient data entry skills and knowledge of insurance billing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
- At least 1 year of healthcare experience as an LPN or RN
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Strong customer service experience and excellent verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Experience in a behavioral health setting
- Electronic appointment scheduling experience
