What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide consistent, quality customer service to both internal staff and external patients
- Assist the Care Coordinator and the Behavioral Health Call Center in patient care and case management
- Communicate with providers about patient concerns, medication issues, and assist with referrals
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and ensure compliance with billing and staffing protocols
- Support the scheduling of intake and follow-up appointments and assist with online registration

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
- At least 1 year of healthcare experience as an LPN or RN
- Strong customer service experience and excellent verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- High School Diploma or its equivalent

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a behavioral health setting
- Electronic appointment scheduling experience
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Additional certifications or training related to behavioral health
