What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for referral sources and specialists to coordinate and schedule evaluation cases
- Review and obtain necessary documentation from referral sources to complete appointment scheduling
- Calculate cost estimates for referrals based on contractual agreements and specialist rates
- Organize and prepare case records for specialist review, ensuring adherence to established protocols
- Track and communicate appointment attendance and status updates to referral sources and specialists

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to resolve issues and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- 1-2 years of experience working in mental health or a related field

- Bachelor’s degree in business or a field related to mental health
- 1-2 years of experience interfacing with customers, patients, and providers
