What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in quality assurance and program review activities for certified behavioral health and substance use programs
- Coordinate the complaint intake process, triaging complaints for investigation and ensuring adherence to policies
- Produce analytical reports regarding BHCS complaints and maintain historical data
- Oversee customer service coordination, ensuring timely responses to inquiries from various stakeholders
- Track complaint-related survey activities and compile compliance reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite for data entry and report production
- Experience providing customer service in a professional environment
- Experience writing detailed and grammatically correct reports
- Wisconsin residency is required
- Must be able to work no more than 1039 hours in one year

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience conducting investigations, audits, or quality reviews
- Experience investigating formal or informal grievances or complaints
- Familiarity with federal or State of Wisconsin statutes or administrative codes
- Experience, education, or training in mental health and/or substance abuse fields
