      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain contact with children, youth, families, and child-serving partners through regular and planned sessions
      - Provide behavioral stabilization services, psychoeducation, advocacy, and other professional services
      - Respond to after-hour emergency situations as outlined in on-call responsibilities
      - Travel daily to provide community-based services to youth and families
      - Complete all required documentation and trainings in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree in Social Work or a comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution
      - Minimum of 1 year of work experience working directly with children, youth, and families
      - Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automotive insurance with a good driving record
      - Willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours
      - Capacity to effectively work with and respect diverse cultures and backgrounds

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in behavioral health or related fields
      - Familiarity with community resources and services for children and families
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to coach and transfer knowledge to child-serving partners
      - Proficiency in using technology for documentation and communication
