      Come join our team as a Behavioral Health Tech at Sonora Behavioral Health, the Leading Behavioral Health Hospital in Tucson, Arizona. Successful candidates will have a level one fingerprint clearance card and be willing and able to work 12-hour shifts.

      As a BHT at Sonora, you will participate in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans by:

      • Providing care, close supervision, and accurate documentation of patient behavior
      • Maintaining a safety first environment
      • Developing positive relationships with patients and co-workers
      • Following facility policies and procedures and providing crisis intervention as necessary
      • Actively participating in treatment teams
      • Acting as a role model using appropriate de-escalation skills, active listening skills, appropriate tone and voice volume, providing a variety of positive reinforcements, maintaining proper boundaries, and promoting positive peer culture
