Specializing in Assisted Living and Dementia Care

The Belmont Village Difference
As a Belmont Village Caregiver, you will provide hands-on personal assistance to seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This role is ideal for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are patient, caring, and enjoy engaging with older adults.

Your Typical Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living
• Encourage socialization and participation in community activities
• Document care provided and communicate any changes in residents' needs
• Maintain care, safety, and cleanliness standards according to regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear communication skills in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training
• Ability to work a defined schedule, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills and Characteristics:

• At least one year of direct care experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Observant, dependable, adaptable, and respectful
