What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process benefit verification or authorization for all new referrals with speed and accuracy
- Assist AVA Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed
- Maintain productivity expectations in a fast-paced environment
- Manage multiple referrals and priorities simultaneously
- Ensure a high degree of detail orientation and quality focus in all tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two years of related experience
- Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals/priorities at one time
- Strong self-discipline in maintaining productivity expectations
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare or medical billing preferred
