What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter new client data or changes to existing clients into the PBM adjudication platform
- Perform quality control audits to ensure data accuracy
- Provide routine updates to formulary and benefit configurations as designated
- Support the coordination of management reports to meet business needs
- Attend and contribute to adjudication platform meetings and discussions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of mandatory and regulatory training programs
- 2 years of experience in Health Care, Insurance, and/or Account Management preferred
- Ability to meet performance standards set by management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with pharmacy benefit management systems
- Previous experience in data entry or client data management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
